I want to feel like a fit queen, but sometimes I just end up feeling like a fitted sheet. So for the next 6 weeks, I am committed to doing whatever it takes to get back on track. I will schedule my workouts, train mean, eat clean and hydrate like a fish.

I am setting SMART goals and going after them. I’m not sure if you know, but I am a Pescatarian. Meaning I only eat seafood, no land animals. That can sometimes count against me when it comes to meal ideas. However, I have now cracked the code. I will look for meal ideas before hand, meal schedule and meal prep. That way, when I get hungry I won’t have to binge eat like a rabbit. So you can bet your wig that for the next 6 weeks, I will plan out ALL my meals.

Knowing what times you are the most energetic is your probable start, as it pertains to creating a workout schedule. If you think Fatima, this one, me- Will join you for a 5 am run, then you may be terribly mistaken. For free? No ma’am. I am not a morning person, so creating a workout schedule around my “peak” time will be very essential. I will be coming for your edges, credit score and wigs this coming month.
