Hello beautiful reader, I hope 2019 is treating you like the boss babe that you are. I have been away for a good while, but don’t worry I am back for good this time.

We are grabbing 2019 by it’s horns and claiming our beach bodies. Well sometimes, that could mean wearing something cute and fun when you workout. I had a fun pretend workout session with Jojo, and I thought I’d share some motivation with you all.

Fatima December-Edits-0040.jpg2. JUMP- just jump right in. You don’t have to know exactly what you are doing in the beginning, but through consistency and perseverance, you will find your way. Go for a run, when it gets hard along the way, walk at your pace. Get your heart rate high, do whatever activity that gets your heart feeling like it is about to beat outside of your chest.

When you mess up with your diet or miss a workout, don’t be harsh on yourself. When you fall, get up, dust yourself and keep going.
